DLL Update 2007-02-22
After a long time of silence, there now is a new version of the library available. Results are a bit more accurate, and the examples have been updated (also includes an example that detects bpm live from a line/mic input)

Downloads updated 2005-03-22
Due to switching to a new host, the downloads were not yet updated. This is fixed now.

DLL Update 2004-10-28
New version, now compiled with VC7, also adds setting for min and max bpm range in case you need it.

DLL Version Finally available 2004-02-02
As promised, you can finally download the dll version!

DlL Version still coming 2004-01-27
Hehe, the new version I promised is still not here. Don't worry though, it will be here eventually.

DLL Version coming... 2003-10-16
I have promised for a long time now that there will be a dll version. It isn't ready for public release yet but I am working on it, and it should be available next month.
The dll version will be easier to use in combination with other programming languages and other sound libraries, and the detection algorithm will be better than that used in the ocx.

OCX Update 2002-09-25
Updated both the example and ocx downloads. The new version detects the beats somewhat faster than the previous version, and is a lot better in handling fft data from other sources (for example fftw)

OCX Update 2002-08-29
I've added a simple example with source code for Visual Basic 6, and I've added the .lib file to the download so you can also use the ocx in C.

OCX Update 2002-02-14
The ocx is now updated and can now use wavelists, which will automatically be used when the other detection method fails. It improves detection for dnb,rap,rock,rnb,...
